Each item is charged with a shipping cost and it is dependent on the options you chose. However, some categories or products come with free shipping. You will see the information on shipping on each product on the website.
The shipping timing
Once your order is shipped, you will receive email notification that will inform you your goods are in motion and you will be given a tracking number to use to monitor the progress. However, tracking options may not be provided at once.
Shipping some products may take time and if for any reason you may not get the product you wanted, you may get the replacement for exchange or return. You could request for the delivery to be on the next day but it will be dependent on the availability of the product or the crew.
If your order comes from ganbino.com, you will have the products delivered to the destination you specified. This means that our contract with you ends when the product is delivered to the destination you provided. Any loss and damage after delivery will be on you.
We are aware that you need your goods to be delivered on time, in good condition and through a reliable means. This is the reason the company ensures your goods are sent out for delivery on the day you placed the order or the next day. You are to decide on the delivery option you want after you have placed an order.
If you are able to place an order before the cut time, your items will be shipped at once because our products are made ready for instant shipping.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number which you will use to keep in touch with your goods in transit and know the location at any given time. The tracking number link will be in the email we will send you. Just click on it and get going.
If any problem arises with the delivery, let us know immediately via our customer service so we can resolve it soonest. You will need to send the claims in 10 days of receiving the product. If the claims come in after this stipulated period, they can be denied. You have to be conscious of time.
