Refund and returns
As a customer, you should know that when you buy from ganbino.com you are entitled to the refund as far as all the conditions given are fulfilled. If you are purchasing the items on the sale or you are purchasing the items at a full price, you are eligible for the refund. To get a refund, you must claim for it within 30-60 days duration. After that we don’t accept the claim.
However, you will not be entitled for the refund if:
You know that the product you are purchasing is already faulty
After realizing a product is faulty, you try to repair it yourself.
If you reject a product because of reasons like like color or size unless you were not supplied the color you ordered.
On the overall, if you started using a product and afterwards you realize it is faulty, you can contact us for the repair or replacement. You may still reject the product after the repair or replacement. You will not be refunded or get product replacement if you had enough time to verify the condition of the product you received. Also, if you change or alter a product, you will not be refunded neither will you get a replacement.
